This is a picture of "my" Work Study Student, Marcelo Perez. He is a native speaker, originally from Ecuador, living in Charlotte with his family. I practice speaking with him, which is a really fortunate opportunity for me. Last week, I was reading the Ed Lab Newsletter (which is bi-lingual) out loud to him, and Marcelo said I did well. YEA Marcelo!
